Compassionate Care Advisors provides medical marketing, AI strategy, workflow automation, patient engagement tools, and consulting services exclusively for healthcare organizations. We do not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice.

3. No Medical or Legal Advice

All information and tools provided by CCA are for marketing and operational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal guidance.

4. HIPAA Disclaimer & Data Protection Notice

CCA designs its AI tools and workflows to be HIPAA-aware; however, we are not a Covered Entity or Business Associate unless explicitly stated in a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

  • Clients are solely responsible for HIPAA compliance.
  • CCA does not certify or guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • PHI must not be shared unless legally permitted.
  • AI tools must not be used for medical diagnosis or clinical decisions.

5. Mobile Communications & SMS Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your mobile communication data.

  • No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Limited sharing with subcontractors is allowed only for support services.
  • Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared.
  • Phone numbers and SMS records remain confidential.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain secure credentials, and ensure lawful use of all services provided by CCA.

7. Payments & Fees

All fees are agreed upon in writing. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and proprietary systems are owned by Compassionate Care Advisors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Tools

Our services may integrate third-party platforms. CCA is not responsible for outages, updates, or failures related to those platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

CCA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid within the previous three months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

12. Privacy Policy

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
